Place the jewelry in its original Missoma box and secure it inside the shipping mailer, ensuring the pre-paid return label is clearly visible.
Drop Off Your Package
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
